Is the home in the condition that will get the most buyers through the door? Think first impressions: paint, floors, gardens, and a clean, clear house.
Is there any maintenance waiting to be done? Dripping taps, broken fly screens, cracked tiles. Buyers notice the small things.
Are you aware of any structural problems? Things like cracking, roof leaks, rising damp or termite damage. A buyer's building inspection will usually find them, so it's better to know first.
